We collect account details, date of birth, chat content, prompts, responses, technical logs, device/session data, and safety reports to operate, secure, improve, and moderate Manifesto AI.
Do not submit illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or highly sensitive information you do not have the right to provide. We may review, preserve, remove, restrict, or disclose content and account data when needed to protect users, enforce our terms, investigate abuse, maintain service integrity, or comply with valid legal obligations.
Content that must be reported by law may be reported to the appropriate authorities. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for misuse. Manifesto AI may make mistakes and is provided without guarantees of fitness for legal, medical, financial, emergency, or other high-risk decisions.
